Hi Creative Friends!
The 49 and Market sketch for March was so inspiring, I just had to jump in and create a layout! I used modelling photos of my daughter of a couple of years ago, but still a special memory.
This is the sketch:

I wanted to bring the "orange" of the photographs to the page and added watercolour paint and some script Run-on Transfers.
Besides the paint splatters, I also coloured the area behind the photo layered embellishment with burnt orange watercolour paint. I always prepare the background by painting it with clear gesso. Then the paper does not absorb the mixed media mediums.
For the flower clusters I used the colour "Storm" (Just Love this colour!) And I brightened the flower clusters up with a little gold glass glitter and coloured the chipboard swirls with Copper wax. You will also see more Rub-on Transfer words.
The sentiment is from the the Remnants laser cut page. So is most of the layering pieces and the chicken wire. I raised the sentiment with cardboard and foam-tape and added a little piece of lace.
As a final touch I added brads and a little paper clip.
Thank you for stopping by!
Hugs
Ezmé
