My Mintay Papers DT project this week is a single page layout created with the fabulous Precious Moment paper collection.
It worked perfectly with the wedding photos of my niece who recently got married.
It's so gentle and elegant...
I added texture layers on the background with texture paste and a doily stencil. I also added extra colour with water colour-paint and splattered with a darker shade all over the background. Pieces of lace are peeping out under torn layers of papers to create interest and another layer.
The are so many elements to fussy cut with Mintay Papers, you always have loads of elements to embellish with. I combined the fussy cut elements with flowers and sequins and a little Glass Glitter.
The frames are perfect for the photographs, I lifted them a little with cardboard and foam tape. I also chalked the frames and added a thin strip of Washi tape on the inside of the frames.
The layout was finished off with Sticker sentiments.
