Hi there dear Creative Friends!
I came across various examples of this album on Pinterest and thought it was a perfect idea to create an album like this, with the gorgeous "Sweet Summertime" paper collection from 13Arts.
The album is quite easy to construct and can effortlessly be altered to a different size.
We are at the end of the winter here in the southern hemisphere and after an exceptional wet winter, I really cant wait for summer to arrive. Looking at these beautiful papers, I can almost feel and smell summer!

Besides the 12x12 paper pack, I also used mixed media products to create a layered look, both on the covers and inside pages of the album. There are 14 inside pages all together, and the generous amount of paper die cuts make embellishing these pages a pleasure.
I stencilled with modelling paste and the stunning "Countryside" 6x6 mixed media stencil, (definitely a new favourite!) and splattered generously with Colour Glow paint. (Rose Quarts and Coral Red)

It's been a while since I made a shaker box but when I saw the window image, it was the natural choice!
